"Take a deep breath and let it all go"


Sometimes the most important thing in a whole day is the rest we take between two deep breaths

When you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace

Breathing in, I calm my body

Feelings come and go like clouds in a windy sky. Conscious breathing is my anchor.

Slow breathing is like an anchor in the midst of an emotional storm: the anchor won't make the storm go away, but it will hold you steady until it passes.
